MY SERVICES
here's the scoop

Every project starts with a conversation. The goal is to understand your space, your timeline, and what feels stuck so we can decide together whether working together makes sense.

I work with homeowners who want clarity, cohesion, and thoughtful coordination, whether that means preparing a home for sale, refreshing a space, or navigating a more complex renovation. Services are offered both locally and remotely, depending on the project.

If it feels overwhelming, unclear, or hard to move forward, that’s usually where I come in.

01
REFRESH & REDESIGN
Clarifying direction and setting projects in motion

This is where most of my work lives.

Refresh & Redesign is ideal when you’re already thinking about changes or even mid-project, but need help clarifying direction and making confident decisions. Some clients come with a blank slate. Most come with ideas, Pinterest boards, half-finished plans, or a space that just isn’t coming together.

I help clients:

-
brainstorm remodel and refresh options
-
decide what’s worth changing (and what isn’t)
-
refine layouts and room flow
-
choose finishes, colors, and materials that make sense for the home
-
refresh spaces using existing furniture, rugs, lighting, and accessories

This work is collaborative and practical. I’m not here to impose a look; I help you edit, refine, and move forward without overwhelm.

Best for: homeowners who want a thoughtful refresh, clearer direction, or a smart path forward before things get bigger or more expensive.

02
PROJECT COORDINATION
The big picture and the details
Remodeling or planning a home refresh can feel overwhelming fast. A successful project requires time, coordination, clear decisions, and the right team, and that’s where I come in.

I work as your project coordinator and advocate, helping you move through the process with clarity and confidence. From early planning through execution, I help define the vision, assemble and communicate with the right professionals, and keep decisions moving forward so projects don’t stall or spiral.

My role often sits somewhere between project coordinator, curator, and owner’s representative. I focus on organization, communication, and thoughtful sequencing, making sure details are handled, expectations are clear, and everyone stays aligned.

I also step in when homeowners can’t be on-site. Whether you’re traveling, out of town, or simply unable to be present day-to-day, I can serve as your eyes and ears on the property, checking in on work, answering questions, providing direction, and helping keep things on track while you’re away.

You don’t need a massive remodel to work together. Some clients bring me in for full-scale renovations, others for specific phases, decision support, short-term coordination, or coverage during key moments. We start with a conversation to understand your goals, scope, and timeline, then determine the best way I can support you.

If your project feels heavy, unclear, or harder than it needs to be, that’s usually a good sign we should talk.

03
GETTING READY
TO LIST
Preparing a home for market doesn’t require perfection, it requires clarity and strategy.

I help homeowners get their homes ready to list while they’re still living in them. Rather than vacant staging with rented furniture, occupied staging focuses on editing, rearranging, and making smart, targeted refresh decisions that highlight the home’s strengths and appeal to buyers.

We begin with an on-site walk & talk consultation, where we review the home together and identify actionable recommendations; everything from decluttering and furniture placement to light refresh suggestions, paint tweaks, and styling adjustments using what you already own. The focus is always on where time and effort will have the greatest impact.

Once those action items are complete, I can return to help prepare the home for photography, fine-tuning layouts, adjusting details, and making sure each space photographs cleanly, cohesively, and confidently.

The goal is a home that shows well, photographs beautifully, and feels market-ready without unnecessary disruption, expense, or the feeling that you’re living in a showroom.
Thoughtful perparation while you live in your home
