Meet
Tracey Messner

I help families gather, organize, and document critical personal and estate-related information so it is clear, accessible, and manageable when it is needed most.

I bring more than 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, including senior-level roles within the home health care industry. As a controller, I worked closely with operational and administrative teams and collaborated with fiduciaries and estate planning attorneys. This work provided extensive exposure to the documentation gaps and organizational challenges that arise when personal, medical, and financial information is incomplete, disorganized, or difficult to access.

My work focuses on the operational side of estate preparation — understanding what information exists, where it lives, how it is organized, and how it can be accessed by the appropriate people at the appropriate time.

I do not provide legal or financial advice. I provide structure, clarity, and systems around the documentation families already have — or need to locate.

Who I help . . .

I work with individuals and families who need clarity, structure, and organization around important personal and estate-related information.

  • Adult children supporting aging parents

  • Individuals preparing for medical, caregiving, or other life transitions

  • Families who want their information clearly organized and documented

  • Executors who need orientation and structure around responsibilities

What I do...

I focus on creating clear, structured systems that answer the most important practical questions families face when managing personal and estate-related information:

  • What documents exist

  • Where they are stored

  • What they relate to

  • How they are updated

  • Who needs access to information

Through guided sessions and structured tools, I help families move from scattered information to a clear, manageable framework.
