THE WHO AND WHAT
Hi, I’m Tracey. I help homeowners bring clarity, cohesion, and thoughtful coordination to residential projects — from refreshing a single space to navigating more complex renovations.

I’ve been immersed in house projects for as long as I can remember. What started as rearranging furniture and painting rooms eventually grew into kitchens, bathrooms, patios, landscaping, and full-home transitions. Along the way, I discovered that my strength lies in helping people make sense of choices and move projects forward with confidence.

My background is intentionally broad, bringing together experience and certifications in design, Feng Shui, color, and organization, along with training in Pilates, yoga, accounting, finance, and real estate (I maintain a current California real estate license). That mix allows me to see both the big picture and the details that often stall progress.

Clients often come to me when a project feels unclear or overwhelming. My role is part editor, guide, and coordinator, helping refine direction, simplify decisions, and bring the work to a well-considered finish.
